Ausable Valley CMH Mental Health Awareness Training Center Presents: Youth Mental Health First Aid
This is a free in-person course and you must be 18 years or older. After the course you will be able to recognize common signs and symptoms oof mental health challenges and understand how to interact with a young person in crisis. You will also better understand trauma, substance use, self-care and the impact of social media and bullying.
